Call Center Specialist

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is searching for an upbeat, positive, and engaging person who enjoys working in a call center atmosphere and may have experience dispatching technicians in a service‑related industry. This position requires flexibility with the schedule. Base hourly pay plus uncapped incentive pay and bonuses. Responsibilities Respond to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule, requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing. Schedule appointments with customers. Contact previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services. Maintain and ensure accuracy of call details. Qualifications Flexibility to work a 40‑hour/week rotating schedule (5 days in a row with 2 days off) that is set a month in advance. Minimum of a three‑month training period (Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm) before being considered for a hybrid work schedule. Ability to effectively manage potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing concerns efficiently. Minimum of two (2) years of related experience working with customers directly. Proficiency with various computer programs and the aptitude to master an in‑house CSR program. Good typing skills.
