Position: Registered Nurse MNA Department: Float Pool Schedule: 24 Hours (7a-7p and 7p-7a), Every Other Weekend Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in the Department, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues Update and manage patient records Enter and interpret computerized data/information Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC\'s nursing organization Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects Qualifications Education: Nursing degree required: diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years required Experience: Requires previous RN experience. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
