IT Business Partner Analyst

Hybrid - Start with New England candidates, Max 2-3 days a week in office

The role requires the individual to be knowledgeable with IT systems that support property services/facilities, inventory management, warehouse management, and fleet services. The IT business partner analyst will be required to partner with IT and Business Leadership, Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups leads. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements, business processes and high-level solution designs, highlight integration and support the program from all parties. This position will involve working across all lines of business and will require solid communication skills, the ability to build relationships and drive a consistent agenda. The individual must be able to independently drive issue resolution, develop business relationships, and apply best practice business processes and technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing business environment. It is imperative for this resource to drive consistency in the implementation of systems and best practices and understand Agile methodologies. The ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere effectively is critical.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business in assessing and defining requirements and assist in the development of business cases and system solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and IT technical teams and Business SMEs to realize solutions to meet business needs.
• Maintain communication with business teams to share IT initiatives and project status on scheduled basis.
• Interface with senior leadership in both IT and Business to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Assist the business in ticket resolution of their incidents and requests through coordination with service desk and IT technical teams.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years experience with IT projects.
• Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals and project management practices.
• Knowledge of operational systems and processes related to their area of project work.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong MS Office suite skills.
