Family Nurse Practitioner — HIV Care & Community Health
Bms-Family-Health-and-Wellness-Centers-
BMS Family Health Center in New York seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to see unscheduled patients and coordinate care across on-site services. You will provide clinical services as needed, refer to primary care when appropriate, and collaborate with WEALTH and other staff to ensure timely follow-up and a high-quality patient experience.
