About the Role JLL is a global commercial real estate and investment management company focused on shaping a brighter future. This Facilities Coordinator role supports site operations and enhances client service in Boulder, Colorado. Key Responsibilities Support Site and Assistant Facility Managers with day‑to‑day operational activities, including maintenance, accounting and finance, and vendor oversight. Contribute to client relationship management and ensure service levels meet or exceed KPIs. Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Respond to work orders promptly, track progress to completion, and report status to stakeholders. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and minor work requests with vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers. Assist in the procurement of vendors and services and provide direction to ensure effective execution. Manage delivery of site amenities such as fitness, food services, massage, transportation, and moves support. Plan and support events, meetings, and conference facilities. Handle additional duties including reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations, building access pass management, and safety and security support. Maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site, including web pages. Prepare and propose emergency response plans covering evacuation, after‑hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety. Provide logistical assistance to Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) team during office reconfigurations. Ensure compliance with client contracts and meet Key Performance Indicators. Qualifications Required: Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management for specialized services. Understanding of basic technical aspects of property: HVAC, chiller, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision and handle stressful situations. Physical ability to lift, push, and move as needed. Self‑motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible. Proficiency using generative AI tools and conversational search platforms. Preferred: Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems. Background in commercial real estate or corporate facilities environments. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programming and asset management. Experience coordinating vendor services and maintaining service provider relationships. Understanding of Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and client satisfaction metrics. Visa Sponsorship This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation and Location Estimated annual salary: $54,800.00 – $56,660.00 USD per year.
