The Company is in search of a Senior Associate General Counsel with a focus on employment law and labor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of employment, labor, and benefits within the organization. This includes providing guidance on the consistent application of employment policies, ensuring compliance with multistate U.S. workforce requirements, and advising on international staff considerations. The role also involves developing and maintaining employment-related policies, training staff on legal obligations, and managing legal support for compensation and employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, a current license to practice law, and at least 8 years of experience in the field, with a strong preference for those with in-house experience and a background in a union environment. Applicants for the Senior Associate General Counsel position at the company should possess a deep commitment to the organization's mission and values, particularly in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
