Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will also engage with prospective and existing clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to add value while meeting sales objectives.
