Computational Protein Engineer

The ideal candidate will take on the following responsibilities:Lead experimental design and execution of antibody and protein engineering programs including affinity maturation, multi-specific antibody development, and de novo binder designDrive protein expression, purification, and characterization workflows across multiple formatsDesign and execute binding and functional assays to evaluate and iterate on engineered proteinsCollaborate with structural biologists and computational scientists to integrate structural insights into experimental programsApply computational tools such as AlphaFold and Rosetta to support and inform wet lab strategiesThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, or related discipline plus 2+ years of industry experienceHands-on expertise in protein expression, purification, and characterizationExperience with antibody engineering formats including bispecifics, nanobodies, or related modalitiesPeer-reviewed publications and/or patents in antibody or protein engineeringFamiliarity with computational design tools (AlphaFold, Rosetta, ProteinMPNN) a plusProven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, multi-faceted projectsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills
