Memory Care Resident Care Assistant – Eagle Crest South II (La Crosse, WI) Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities. Applications will be considered for positions with varying schedules. Shift and Schedule Full‑Time: 68‑80 hours per 2‑week pay period (Monday‑Friday, with on‑call weekend every 7th weekend) Part‑Time: 16+ hours per 2‑week pay period Casual Call: Build your own schedule – 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on‑call rotation Available shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. Positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off. Limited Full‑Time AM and PM openings: AM – 6:45 am – 12:45 pm and 6:45 am – 3:15 pm; PM – 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 11:15 pm; NOC – 11:00 pm – 7:00 am What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal care, daily activities to maintain independence and dignity. Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance. Transport residents to meals and activities; document daily care; perform light housekeeping/laundry and various other tasks. Communicate and interact with residents, families, and staff to create a safe environment focused on resident well‑being. What You’ll Need Previous direct care experience (preferred). Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience in any state (preferred). CBRF Certification (preferred). Wages and Incentives Starting wages: $19.75 – $24.15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Shift differentials: $3.00 for NOC, $1.25 for PM, $2.00 for weekend shifts. Incentive pay available. Performance reviews at 3‑6 months and annually thereafter. Certifications are not required – we will train the right fit for our team. Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay Certified Nursing Assistant training in any state. CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience. CBRF Certification(s). Full‑Time Positions.
