Food & Beverage Manager, Crayola Experience Orlando GENERAL SUMMARY: As a Food & Beverage team member, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our guests have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back again and again. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality service to all guests. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently meet all guest satisfaction measures Achieve monthly and seasonal productivity goals Support the Crayola brand's educational mission to sue the arts as a tool for intellectual and emotional development of children Prepare food while adhering to food service safety standards Must learn all menu items, portions and accompaniments to The Crayola Experience's specifications Maintain visual presentation standards of food products Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures Properly execute all POS procedures JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High School Diploma preferred. Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Must have prior food service experience and be capable of working with the public in a food environment. Position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting cartons weighing over 40 pounds.
