Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and responsive manner, including responding to guest complaints and team member issues Understand and manage Guest Services, Retail, & Food & Beverage processes as needed on shifts Estimate food and beverage costs and requisition or purchase supplies Consult with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as dining room, bar, and banquet operations Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints Review financial transactions and monitor budget to ensure efficient operation and expenditures stay within budget limits Supervise team members, from interviewing to recognition to counseling to exits Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote operational efficiency Direct preparation of foods and beverages Inspect food service facilities to ensure equipment and buildings meet state and local health laws and internal regulations Analyze information concerning facility operations such as daily food sales, patron attendance, and labor costs to prepare budget and maintain cost control Contact vendors and suppliers as needed to ensure product delivery/availability Place orders for items needed to operate effectively Complete monthly profit and loss statements to maintain an effective food cost Monitor food costs and adjust pricing as needed Ensure the facility maintains a safe and clean environment for all team members and guests Manage inventory, stock, and reorders of food and merchandise to keep business running smoothly Effectively train, manage and empower team members to provide optimal food and guest service Coach employees and administer disciplinary action or performance plans in cooperation with HR and/or General Manager as applicable Inspect operations procedures to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations Investigate and resolve item quality and service concerns Address scheduling needs as applicable Supervise conduct, internal control, cash management, financial records, deposits, and payments on shift Provide operational support for group and special events as requested Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Proven Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Willingness to work a flexible schedule of 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, including any shift weekend, night, weekend, or holiday Cash‑handling experience and basic mathematical skills for making change Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and make reasonable & ethical decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment Education and Experience 2+ years of Operations Management in Guest Services, Retail, and Food & Beverage experience 1+ years of food and beverage experience supervising/leading a team in a kitchen setting Previous management experience in an attraction, theme park, or high‑volume entertainment venue is preferred Physical Demands Ability to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, stand, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Job Types: Full‑time, Onsite WonderWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
