Operations Manager

U.S. Venture, Inc. seeks Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida to oversee warehouse and operational functions for a large facility, to include logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Manages Supervisors and Office Staff. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and product. Strategically develops and deploys key learning on all systems and processes related to day-to-day Operations to successfully train in all functional areas. Aid the development of ERP vision.

Requires: Bachelor degree in business, industrial engineering or related; 6 years exp. with warehouse/operations systems; 3 years leadership exp. in warehouse, inventory control, or related field, or related training and the demonstrated ability with: Material handling and inventory documentation; Budgeting, supply contracts and shipping requirements; Math and accounting, and financial interpretation skills. Must be 21 and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
