Make a difference in the lives of children as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming school environment near Long Beach, CA. This full-time, on-site role is open to travel professionals ready to bring their expertise to pediatric settings. Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, fostering communication skills and empowering young learners to reach their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settings is preferred
- Strong foundation in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapy to children
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt approaches to meet the individual needs of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, both individually and in small groups

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
