Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

As a full-time, remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, the successful candidate will manage the delivery of high-quality medical treatment and health services under Workers' Compensation law, ensuring timely recovery and effective communication among all parties involved. Key Responsibilities Providing telephonic case management focused on medical appropriateness and cost savings for injured workers Facilitating communication among employees, employers, insurers, and healthcare providers to achieve recovery goals Clinically evaluating recovery needs and tracking treatment plans while documenting outcomes Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with 3-5 years of clinical experience in relevant fields Certification in CCRN, CCM, CDMS, COHN, or COHN S if managing a Workers' Compensation claim At least 1 year of experience in Workers' Compensation case management Current State Licensure and eligibility for endorsement in other states Experience in field case management or utilization review is highly preferred
