Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

Axiom Medical seeks a Nurse Case Manager - Outcome (NCM) to join its Nursing Department. This role performs telephonic medical case management for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, maintains detailed records, communicates with clients, and coordinates care with medical facilities during recovery. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN or BSN license in good standing, with 5 years’ experience in acute injury, triage, or critical care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
