Senior Brand Manager

Reference: 11333 SJ Consultant: Soné Johnson Job Description Drive brand growth, profitability, and market share within a fast-paced QSR environment. Plan and execute seasonal product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage marketing activities across traditional, digital, and delivery platforms. Develop strategic brand partnerships to increase awareness, relevance, and sales. Maintain and enforce brand standards across all marketing channels. Analyse sales performance, customer insights, and competitor activity to optimise marketing initiatives. Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns support commercial and profitability objectives. Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to successfully deliver campaigns. Lead, mentor, and support members of the marketing team. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ strategic Marketing or Brand Management experience in a multi-site environment. Experience within the food & beverage or QSR industry highly advantageous. Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including marketing budget and cost management. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting POS data, market research, and performance metrics. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
