Human Resource Business Partner

Hunter International, Inc is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to strengthen HR operations in Beachwood, OH (onsite). This role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on HR administration, helping leadership move initiatives forward while keeping day‑to‑day people processes running smoothly. Salary range: $95,000 to $105,000 per year . Responsibilities Lead and manage day‑to‑day human resources functions and initiatives. Oversee recruitment activities including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Manage employee benefits, compensation programs, and the annual open enrollment process. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates. Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives. Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Oversee employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational development. Coordinate training and development programs as needed. Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership. Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and other organizational initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. 5+ years of HR experience, with prior HR management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. Experience with recruiting, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management, and HR compliance. Experience working with an HRIS and payroll systems . Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
