Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience required.
• Prior experience in teaching or facilitating training programs preferred. 
• Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.

Skills and Competencies 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
  
  
  

Work Environment

This role is hybrid with 2 days in office at Nexa Motion Group's Home Office in Walton Hills, OH. Rare travel may be necessary to branch and regional locations to support field leadership recruiting and hourly hiring initiatives.
