Field Service Representative II – Indianapolis, IN Responsibilities and requirements for the Field Service Representative II role at Solventum in Indianapolis, IN. Overview This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of healthcare clients, including the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative interfaces with customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships. Responsibilities Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, with superior customer service and customer-centric solutions. Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery. Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies; locate missing or misplaced equipment as needed. Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles. Attend training and other scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel. Filling in for Field Service Lead as applicable to ensure business continuity and local team daily guidance. Your Skills and Expertise Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or higher Three (3) years of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Current, valid Driver's License Additional Qualifications Associate degree or higher Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities; certain prerequisites to entry may be required for regulatory, safety, or business reasons. Information may be shared with medical screen providers, vaccination providers, or third-party facilities. Work location: On-site (Indianapolis, Indiana) Travel: Up to 25% domestic Relocation Assistance: Relocation is not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per facility requirements and start-date timelines Compensation and Benefits Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $46,800 - $64,350, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.
