Ultimately, your contributions will help enhance the quality of life for our patients and support their recovery journey.Minimum Qualifications:Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of FloridaBasic life support (BLS) certification.Responsibilities:Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.Help patients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong interpersonal communication, which is essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
