So for those who want to play at the top of their game and be at the vanguard of their space, we say: Welcome to Citco.ResponsibilitiesThis is an analytical role that requires the team member to manage and oversee the processing and operations of both syndicated and private loans and to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. This role requires the team member to understand complex loan product types and different trading strategies across their clients' portfolios.Manage daily operations of syndicated and/or private debt portfolios, including direct lending, middle market credit and real estate debt transactionsEnsure client deliverables are met timely and accuratelyOversee and monitor accurate processing of loan lifecycle activityManage a team of approximately 2-3 analysts/associatesReview credit agreements and other loan documentation to ensure proper setup and processing in the loan systemMaintain daily work-flow while adhering to set deadlinesIdentify and investigate accrual, position, and cash breaks to Loan Servicers and AgentsInteract effectively with internal departments to resolve issues pertaining to loansActively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverablesContribute to implementation of procedural enhancements to improve daily tasks and reconciliation processesQualificationsAbout You:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related subject with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in loan administrationMinimum of 2 years of people management experienceProduct Knowledge: Syndicated Loans, Bi-lateral Loans, Direct Lending, Whole Loans, Structured Credit, Commercial and Industrial Loans, Middle Market Credit, Real Estate loans, Asset Backed CreditStrong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detailCommitted team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail focused with the ability to multi-taskSelf-started, takes initiativeAbility to learn new applications and source information from numerous systemsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organizationFlexible, adaptive, professional style – capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environmentStrong computer skills, in particular with Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skillsOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
