Join Our Team as a Creative Assistant (Muse) at Pinspiration Birmingham!

Are you passionate about creativity and love working in a fun, dynamic environment? Pinspiration Birmingham, part of Christen Family LLC, is looking for a Creative Assistant (Muse) to join our team! Located in Birmingham, AL, we are a one-of-a-kind DIY art studio where customers can let their imaginations run wild. If you’re ready to inspire others and be part of a creative community, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Creative Assistant (Muse), you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with DIY art projects and providing guidance to spark their creativity.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Supporting offsite events and workshops, with opportunities for additional hours outside of regular business hours.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Assisting at our on-site bar (21+ preferred due to this responsibility).
• Running parties/events.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and ready to dive into a creative role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• No prior experience required—just a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn.
• A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opportunities for offsite events.
• 21+ preferred due to the on-site bar.
