About the Role Overseeing the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. Managing and coordinating the admissions and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for our residents. Collaborating with our medical director and multi-disciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitoring and reporting on quality care indicators, patient satisfaction, and staff performance. Providing leadership and guidance to our administrative and clinical staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and service. Requirements Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
