(Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals within 100 miles Pending State License accepted: NM license can pend at time of submission RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval.
