About the Role: KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians promptly Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards Requirements: Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Maryland Experienced in Tracheostomy and Ventilator. Skilled in Gastrostomy Tube.
