Practice Management Consultant

The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client and leading bank-owned wealth management organization to identify a Practice Management Consultant to support the continued growth and development of its wealth management platform.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of advisor development, practice management, onboarding, training, sales enablement, platform adoption, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, market leaders, wealth advisors, financial planners, portfolio managers, and support teams to enhance advisor productivity, optimize books of business, improve client experience, and build scalable development programs across the organization

• ss:5+ years of experience in wealth management, advisor development, practice management, sales coaching, business consulting, advisor training, or related financial services leadership rol
