Community Outreach Specialist - Home Health (Field-Based)

Elite Home Health Care in NYC and surrounding areas is seeking a driven Community Outreach Representative to promote and grow our presence. This role builds partnerships with hospitals, nursing facilities, physicians and social services to generate quality referrals for home care services. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in healthcare marketing or community outreach, knowledge of MLTC/Medicaid, and the ability to travel daily across the downstate market.
