When you join ARDEX, you'll benefit from: A highly respected, industry-leading product portfolio Strong technical, sales, and customer support resources An established territory with significant growth potential A collaborative culture built on teamwork, accountability, and innovation Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities A company committed to investing in its people and buildinglong-term careers What You'll Do Grow the Business Grow sales of ARDEX and HENRY products throughout your territory Identify and secure new business opportunities throughprospecting, networking, and jobsite activity Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, andcustomer engagement Build Strong Customer Partnerships Develop relationships with distributors, contractors,architects, designers, and other industry influencers Strengthen existing customer relationships while expandingmarket penetration Deliver exceptional customer service and responsivenessthroughout the sales process Provide Technical Expertise Conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics, andeducational training programs Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendationsand technical guidance Drive product specification activity within the architecturaland design community Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customersupport teams to provide complete customer solutions Experience and Skills: What you’ll bring to ARDEX 5+ years of outside sales experience Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems Technical proficiency in specs and design High energy, customer-first mindset Strong presentation and hands-on skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout territory Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds Demonstrates our company values; Fuel Passion, DriveInnovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, BuildBelonging. Education Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimumcompleted high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
