About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Development to provide strategic leadership and direction for all fundraising and philanthropic programs. This role is pivotal in leading the organization's efforts to prioritize philanthropy as a strategic imperative. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Development position at the company is a strategic fundraiser with a proven track record in major gift fundraising from individuals, foundations, and corporations. They should be experienced in working with diverse, high-performing teams and be deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and the communities served by the organization.
