Als SparringspartnerIn auf Augenhöhe übersetzt du Finance in echte Steuerungsimpulse, entwickelst dein Team weiter und gibst damit die Richtung in einer Phase vor, in der sich das Unternehmen neu erfindet.**Dein typischer Arbeitsalltag kann so aussehen:*** Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller FP&A-Prozesse (Budgeting, Forecasting, Flash) für die DACH-Region und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sowie Verlässlichkeit der Zahlen sicher* Du arbeitest eng mit dem Business zusammen, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Steuerung von Performance und Zielerreichung ab – von Pricing-Ansätzen bis hin zu strategischen Initiativen* Du steuerst den gesamten Forecasting- und Reporting-Zyklus (inkl. internem und externem Flash) und präsentierst fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen an regionale und globale Stakeholder* Du führst und entwickelst dein Team mit aktuell 8 Direct Reports, förderst ein modernes FP&A-Verständnis und stärkst gezielt die Business-Partner-Rolle im Finance* Du gestaltest aktiv die Digitalisierung von Prozessen und die Transformation vom klassischen Distributor hin zur Plattformorganisation mit**Das macht dich aus:*** **Deine Arbeitsweise**: Du vereinst strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke. Du behältst auch in einem dynamischen und volatilen Umfeld den Überblick, arbeitest dich bei Bedarf tief in Details ein und organisierst sowohl dich selbst als auch dein Team klar und effektiv. Dabei handelst du proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und mit einem ausgeprägten „Can-do“-Mindset.* **Dein Erfahrungsschatz:** Du bringst Erfahrung im Finanzbereich eines Industrie- oder Handelsunternehmens mit, idealerweise mit klarem Schwerpunkt in Controlling und FP&A. Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt und bist sicher darin, Teams auch durch Veränderung zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln.* **Leadership & Mindset:** Du verstehst deine Beziehung zum Business als Partnership.
