The company actively pursues a buy‑&‑build strategy while growing double‑digit organically. They are looking for an M&A and Strategic Projects Manager to join their team and drive the buy‑&‑build strategy via identification, analysis and implementation of transactions. What the job involves Building and developing a strong pipeline of further acquisitions together with the board, management and M&A advisors Managing M&A transactions from start to finish, owning the entire M&A process and post‑merger integration with a very hands‑on approach. The management team and PE fund will support and provide input, but a self‑starting professional is expected Working with entrepreneurs, guiding them through the process and building a strong own network in the industry Driving the growth and professionalisation of the business with involvement in strategic projects and close work with the C‑level and the PE fund Establishing and professionalising reporting structures for the PE fund and financing parties Who we are looking for Multiple years of professional experience in sourcing and executing deals in Germany in mid‑market environments, either in a PE‑backed portfolio company or M&A advisory boutique or investment bank Strong track record of executing M&A transactions, ideally within IT services or business services.
