We're now accepting applications for IFM Quality & Finishing Technicians. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality & Finishing Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available and a 5 day work week!

Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour.

Duties:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the field
• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systems
• Lead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projects
• Provide technical training and support for customers and technicians
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment repairs and service needs
• Document service work and maintain accurate service reports in company systems
• Maintain and test service equipment and tools before and after use
• Assist with special projects and technical service initiatives
• Support product demonstrations and customer training both in the lab and in the field
• Participate in establishing service and maintenance contracts
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of skilled trades or technical field service experience
• 1 year of experience in a focused application or product line
• 1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Industrial finishing or paint systems
• Powder coating / finishing
• Commercial HVAC
• Industrial cleaning systems
• Filtration and indoor air quality
• Mold remediation or duct cleaning
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety procedures, and service documentation

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
