Controller

ZL Technologies is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting activities. Please note this is an onsite position in Milpitas, CA. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and accounting staff. Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports. Monitor financial performance and create budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations. Implement controls to safeguard company financial health. Ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and used to support informed decision-making. Requirements Experience in a financial control role with responsibility for monthly or quarterly reporting. Knowledge of the relevant accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. Excellent interpersonal and management skills. The ability to understand business context and contribute to strategic planning. Able and willing to work from our HQ in Milpitas CA. FP&A experience would be a substantial plus.
