SERVICE MANAGER

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, personable, and experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our service operations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our valued customers, skilled technicians, and dealership leadership-ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and trust. You will play a critical role in guiding department performance, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering service experiences that set us apart.

Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service department growth, profitability, and overall performance
• Ensure compliance with all vendor policies, warranty procedures, and regulatory standards
• Oversee repair quality, costs, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate results
• Monitor departmental metrics and warranty performance
• Manage and support technicians through fair work distribution, training, and development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Review repair orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality workmanship
• Lead team meetings, staff development, and hiring initiatives
• Build strong customer relationships and support service communication when needed

• Proven experience in a service leadership or supervisory role within a dealership or service department
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Working knowledge of vendor policies, warranty procedures, and overall service operations
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), Microsoft Office, and service scheduling tool
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality and follow-through
• Ability to remain flexible, professional, and composed under pressure
• Valid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record
