• Handling heavy order entry (a lot of skeys, a lot of accounts); most sales are will call (customer will place order, confirm the pick up date, and then warehouse picks item and dealer collects the item from the warehouse)
• Communicate with dealers via online, call or email regarding damages, processing return and replace, etc.
• Assist with invoicing - At the end of each day, the warehouse puts what orders were completed that day in a slot, this person will match that copy with a pink copy, scan those items to themselves, and then email that to the invoicing team at corporate. 30 mins).
• Will process Purchase Orders for online orders, freight orders and backorders of product
• Answer incoming calls (do not screen calls, just transfer to the appropriate person in the office)
• Basic office duties (i.e., fill paper in copy machine or fill paper in 3 part system for orders)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Administrative/Front Desk experience
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Someone who can take direct feedback and coachable
• Ability to work on repetitious work 8 hours/day
• Someone who wants a long-term role within the organization
• Someone who is proactive versus reactive (i.e., sees someone is frantic and will ask how they can help)
• Understands how to prioritize business workload each day based on level of importance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO.
