Analyst Financial Systems II (ANFS2)

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for Analyst, Financial Systems II (ANFS2) - Accounting Support (Mid) at our NAVWAR HQ (Old Town Complex) location. Responsibilities: Perform financial data analysis and reconciliations using standard system reports and supporting documentation. Support funds control and budget execution tasks by validating data and tracking actions to closure. Research and document root causes of discrepancies and propose corrective actions for government review. Support general ledger and accounts payable analysis activities as assigned. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and metrics that support branch operations and workload management. Provide customer support and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Contribute to continuous process improvement, including identifying automation opportunities where appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (any field) or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting financial operations, accounting support, or financial systems analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, reconcile records, and produce clear written documentation. Strong Excel skills: ability to create and maintain trackers and summary reports. Professional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced customer environment. Computer Systems Experience: Experience with ERP/reporting tools preferred (DoD/Navy financial system experience a plus).
