We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team serving Lake County and neighboring communities. This position focuses primarily on divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and orders of protection. We are not looking for someone who wants to practice alone. We are looking for an attorney who wants to be part of a collaborative, systems-driven firm that invests heavily in its people, processes, technology, and client experience. Qualifications: Experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and support matters. Ability to represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective legal strategies. Strong communication skills to maintain open dialogue with clients and team members. Ability to lead client consultations and provide expert legal advice. Experience collaborating with legal assistants and support staff to enhance client service. Commitment to participating in weekly case strategy meetings and contributing insights for team success. Licensed and in good standing to practice Law in Illinois. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly

Compensation:
$150,000-$180,000 per year
