Outpatient Triage Nurse - Patient Advocate

Northwestern Medicine’s McHenry clinic is seeking a Full Time Triage Nurse to work 40 hours per week, with travel to the Huntley clinic as needed. The role involves triage within a physician’s practice, education for patients and staff, and coordination of visits and transfers. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Illinois RN license, and BLS/CPR.
