Human Resources Systems Specialist

The New York State Unified Court System, Division of Human Resources is recruiting for one (1) position in the Analyst Series . The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Court Analyst or Senior Court Analyst. This position is assigned to the Division of Human Resources Development Unit which is responsible for overseeing the operations of the human resources systems, including system configuration, data integrity, developing and overseeing regional offices, training, and HR staff development. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with HR partners across Upstate and making recommendations for and providing training to HR administrators and employees. Representing the Division of HR at meetings and court-related events. Recommending improvements in functionality, operations and training. Providing HR support via various administrative HR tasks and functions. Creating functional strategies and specific objectives for the Unit. Expert technical knowledge of HR systems software and training experience is preferred. Travel is required. Qualifications Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
