Our agents have access to direct seller opportunities through  Kelley Blue Book, Redfin, zillow, our websites, digital marketing, referrals and our existing database .

Qualified agents can expect approximately 10–15 seller opportunities per month , depending on geography, availability, performance and lead distribution.

Seller Lead Generation

Our seller business is growing quickly.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role focused heavily on seller representation and listing conversion throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Responding quickly to new seller opportunities
• Building relationships with homeowners considering a sale
• Conducting listing consultations and presentations
• Preparing CMAs and pricing strategies
• Advising sellers on preparation and positioning
• Coordinating photography and marketing
• Managing active listings
• Communicating consistently with sellers
• Negotiating offers and contract terms
• Navigating inspections, repairs and appraisal issues
• Managing transactions from first conversation through closing
• Maintaining CRM and long-term follow-up
• Developing additional listing business through referrals, database growth and personal marketing

The role is hybrid, with time spent meeting clients, attending listing appointments, touring properties, hosting showings and participating in team activities, while follow-up, CRM work, contract preparation and marketing can often be completed remotely.

Previous listing experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong agents who have primarily worked buyers and are ready to develop the seller side of their business.
