The Costigan Group at Compass is a high-performing Nashville real estate team built around modern marketing, technology, strong client service and aggressive business growth.

The team works across residential, luxury, relocation, investment and short-term rental real estate throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Lead Generation

Agents on our team have access to multiple independent lead channels:

• Zillow
• Redfin
• Kelley Blue Book seller leads
• The Costigan Group websites and digital marketing

Qualified agents can expect approximately 15–20 buyer and seller opportunities per month , depending on availability, performance, geography and lead distribution.

We also offer  highly competitive agent splits on team-generated business , including our major buyer and seller lead programs.

Lead volume is not guaranteed simply for being on the team. Agents who respond quickly, follow up consistently, take care of clients and convert opportunities earn access to more business.

Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Agent position serving buyers and sellers throughout the Nashville Metropolitan Area and surrounding Middle Tennessee markets.

The role is hybrid. Agents spend significant time meeting clients, touring properties, attending showings, hosting appointments and participating in team activities, while follow-up, CRM work, contract preparation, marketing and other administrative responsibilities can often be completed remotely.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Responding to and converting inbound buyer and seller leads
• Prospecting and nurturing new and existing client relationships
• Conducting buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Touring and evaluating properties
• Performing market and pricing analysis
• Preparing listings for market
• Negotiating offers, inspections and contract terms
• Guiding clients from first contact through closing
• Maintaining consistent CRM and pipeline activity
• Developing personal business outside of team-generated leads
• Building a personal brand, database and referral network
• Maintaining proactive client communication
• Working collaboratively with team members and support staff
• Following all legal, ethical and brokerage requirements
