Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

What You'll Do: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Deliver actionable financial insights to drive business performance Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Support Functions Develop advanced financial models, KPI dashboards, and scenario analyses Drive automation, reporting transformation, and AI-enabled finance solutions Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions We're Looking For: 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Analysis within multinational organizations Strong business partnering and influencing skills Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or other fast-paced multinational environments Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence experience A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions Why Join Servier?
