Guest Experience & Growth Lead (Growth Track Role) We have a Guest Experience & Growth Lead position available. Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents. Perform various other duties as assigned. Compensation Base rate - $15.92 per hour PLUS $30 commission on every membership sold. 10% commission on retail products sold.
