The Midtown Group is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its Corporate & Business practice. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with entity management, compliance filings, and transactional support in a fast-paced legal environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support attorneys across the full lifecycle of corporate matters
- Assist with entity formations, amendments, and multi-state compliance filings
- Help prepare for business transactions and closings (due diligence, checklists, binders)
- Manage deadlines and maintain corporate records across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with registered agents and assist with entity management
- Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
What we’re looking for:
- Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred
- Exposure to corporate/business law is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office ; familiarity with legal research tools is helpful
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
