About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) for Finance to serve as the senior executive responsible for leading and managing the financial actions, asset management, and development, including facilities. The EVP for Finance will be a key figure in promoting the company's mission, vision, and objectives, and will work closely with the President/CEO and the EVP team to develop and implement strategies that ensure the company's financial sustainability. This role requires a professional with a Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business field, or equivalent training and experience, and at least 10 years of experience in healthcare financial management, with a focus on the revenue cycle. A CPA or CMA is preferred, and the candidate should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and needs of the primary population served by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the performance and operation of the corporation, providing guidance to Vice Presidents, and ensuring the achievement of the company's long-range corporate goals and objectives. The EVP for Finance will be instrumental in the company's commitment to the Native Community, working to achieve wellness through health and related services. This is a pivotal role that demands a professional with a proven track record in financial management, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a deep understanding of the cultural and community context in which the company operates.
