We are The Ryan Law Group, a full‑service personal injury law firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA. We’re looking for a full‑time attorney who can hit the ground running and thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused team. Responsibilities Report to the Managing Attorney, Andrew Ryan Manage a full caseload (150+ cases) of personal injury matters in active litigation Conduct and defend depositions Draft and argue motions, including discovery motions and motions for summary judgment Appear for case management conferences and hearings Develop case strategies and evaluate case value based on liability and damages Collaborate with and delegate to support staff (legal assistants, case managers) Maintain proactive and empathetic client communication throughout the litigation process Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences Stay on top of court deadlines and ensure events are properly calendared Represent clients at trial as needed, with support from the Managing Attorney Qualifications Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar At least 6 months of experience as an attorney at another firm Must be able to commute to and work in‑person at our office in Manhattan Beach Close attention to detail Organized Strong communication skills Outgoing personality, people person Able to multitask Able to handle own tasks in addition to delegating to support staff Good follow‑up and follow‑through with tasks Able to think proactively and creatively Team player Prior personal injury experience preferred, but not required Compensation $100,000 – $125,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ryan Law Group
