We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role is ideal for a finance specialist with strong treasury experience who can oversee cash activity, strengthen reporting, and provide meaningful insight into financial performance. The position will support daily treasury operations while helping improve visibility into cash positions, reconciliations, and analytical reporting.
Responsibilities:• Manage daily treasury activities, including monitoring cash movements, balances, and liquidity across accounts.
• Perform detailed bank and cash reconciliations to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and resolved in a timely manner.
• Prepare recurring dashboards and summary reports that present treasury metrics and key financial trends to stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial statement data and treasury-related analytics to identify variances, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support cash forecasting efforts by analyzing historical activity and projected funding needs.
• Review bank transactions and investigate discrepancies by partnering with internal teams and external banking contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of cash activity and contribute to efficient month-end treasury reporting processes.
• Provide treasury support within insurance-related environments, with reinsurance exposure considered beneficial but not required.• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a closely related finance function.
• Strong background in corporate treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Hands-on experience completing bank account reconciliations and resolving transaction variances.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and translate treasury data into clear business insights.
• Proficiency in preparing dashboards, reports, and summary analytics for leadership review.
• Experience working with high-volume cash transactions and maintaining accurate treasury records.
• Knowledge of insurance industry terminology is helpful, and reinsurance experience is a plus but not required.
