Social Media & Employee Experience CoordinatorAllen Turner Automotive is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Employee Experience Coordinator to strengthen our reputation as both an employer and an automotive retailer across our Northwest Florida dealerships in Pensacola and Crestview. This role connects employee engagement, internal communications, social media, and community involvement to help ensure the experience we promote reflects the experience we provide. Working under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer and HR Director, this individual will highlight our people, celebrate employee accomplishments, coordinate events, and create content that builds trust with employees, customers, and the community. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, confident interacting with employees and leadership, and passionate about representing the company professionally and authentically.Employee Experience & Internal ReputationDevelop and coordinate initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and pride in the company.Plan and execute employee events, including food trucks, holiday celebrations, recognition ceremonies, and company gatherings.Coordinate employee recognition and rewards programs, ensuring accomplishments and milestones are celebrated consistently.Create internal communications that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged across locations.Build relationships with employees and managers to gather feedback, identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, and share recommendations with the HR Director.Highlight employee stories, career growth, and company values through internal communications and recruiting content.Partner with leadership to ensure company messaging reflects employees’ day-to-day experience.Social Media & External ReputationCreate and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Showcase employees, customer experiences, dealership accomplishments, community involvement, and company culture.Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews; respond within established guidelines and escalate concerns to the appropriate leadership.Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer on content planning, campaigns, and consistent brand messaging.Develop content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, recruiting, and sales.Coordinate community events, social media giveaways, and promotions.Represent the company on camera and at dealership and community events.Track and report social media performance, review trends, and audience feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s reputation.Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director and Chief Marketing Officer.QualificationsExperience in social media management, marketing, human resources, employee engagement, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional approach to representing the company.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across departments and locations.A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.Proficiency in major social media platforms and basic performance analytics.Photography, video creation, and editing experience strongly preferred.Comfort appearing on camera and interacting with employees, customers, leadership, and community members.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and recognize when concerns require leadership involvement.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between our Pensacola and Crestview dealership locations.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
