Job Summary The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches and ensuring instructional aspects of the experience are delivered. The role involves hands‑on participation in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sports‑mentoring values. Lead instructional soccer programs and camps. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Self‑motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems. Aware of, and able to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety. Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
