Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with a diverse range of student populations, including Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school.
• Strong understanding of communication disorders and effective intervention strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals for holistic support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across grades Pre-K through 12.
• Evaluate and assess students to determine speech-language needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support students educational progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure integration of therapy across school settings.
• Document and maintain records in compliance with regulatory and district guidelines.
